Lewis began her career as an art director at an ad agency. She and her partner had an idea for a TV commercial which involved a tampon and a bottle of red wine. It won at Cannes. In 2009 she became a TV commercial director, using her art direction skills to create beautiful looking film, and her unique outlook on life to provide an interesting perspective. She spends her time between San Francisco and Toronto. The five hour flight gives her a chance to read biographies, which is her not so secret vice.
