Juliana has been in the film business for over 20 years. In 1999 she purchased Signature Films and changed the name to @Large Films. In addition to day-to-day management of the company and business development, Juliana has produced and directed projects that have won Emmy, Addy, and Telly awards. She was recently named Woman Executive of the Year Small/Medium business by the Portland Business Journal. Her company has been named in the list of top women-owned businesses in Portland. She is a current member and former President of the business association, CEIC and recently has been appointed by Governor John Kitzhaber to serve on the Governor’s Office of Film and Television board. She is also a part of the Marketing Committee for one of her favorite non-profits, Girls, Inc. Juliana is also a Commercial Director. Her directing career began with a PSA for the Oregon Symphony. Her long history of creating content for non-profits and charities finally gave her the push to pursue directing. Since that first PSA, Juliana has ventured heavily into the world of commercial advertising. Her most recent directing project has been a series of award winning in-store commercials and videos for the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo 3DS. She also recently completed several national commercial for Banfield Pet Hospital. Along with her love of advertising, Juliana has thrown herself into sharing her expertise and experiences through public speaking engagements. Juliana has presented on topics ranging from product launches and branding to marketing to women and consumerism. Juliana is passionate about everything that she does, and it shows.
