Alice Park was born and raised in Southern California but has yet to develop a tan. She travels and experiences the world around her and the ones she creates in her head. She studied aboard at the University of London College (UK) and attended Art Center College of Design (B.F.A. with Distinction, Film Production) where her PSA “GG Meeting” debuted at the United Nation’s 60th Annual Conference for Climate Change and was a select feature by the Film Society at the Lincoln Center in New York City as apart of the Live Earth world concert simulcast.
She has won multiple awards and held a variety of industry internships and training fellowships including the Television Academy’s “EMMY’s Directing (Single-camera) Internship.” She has also been shortlisted for a YDA while her short films and scripts have been recognized at film festivals around the country. Her background as a musician and improviser (Groundlings, ComedySportz LA), rounds out her experience while providing an unique approach to visual storytelling.
Adjacent to her directing career, she has been working as a creative in the advertising industry developing, pitching, and producing directing total market campaigns for clients which includes McDonald’s, Walmart, Lexus, Sam Adams, and YouTube.
